There are few things that I can say have enriched my life more throughout the years than public lands. Living out West, I have spent countless days exploring and admiring these natural wonders. They provide so much beauty and photographic splendor. Not to mention endless recreational and wild camping opportunities. These lands are literally one of the greatest national treasures that we have here in the United States.
These lands belong to the people and we owe it to future generations to preserve them. Once they're tainted or compromised they'll never be the same. Therefore, it pains me to see special interests lobbying to influence legislature for the purpose of exploitation and short term financial gains. Unfortunately, this is the reality we live in thanks to modern day politics and corruption.
"Wilderness is not a luxury but a necessity of the human spirit, and as vital to our lives as water and good bread." -Edward Abbey
To honor and express appreciation for our nation’s public lands, I’m teaming up with Saw & Mitre Frame Company to give away a free, framed photograph of giant sequoia trees. This 12x18 framed photograph is a $500 value. It shows the immense scale and beauty of giant sequoia trees and it's meant to inspire and celebrate the magnificence of our national monuments. It can be hanging on your wall. For free!
